As in the previous edition, we have organized a joint same day investor’s event so that you have the chance to see more than 25 high potential business ideas in just one day.

The 37th Swiss Venture Day will take place in the morning (09:00 – 12:00). As usual, five to six CTI Start-up’s in early and late stages will present their business cases to investors and will seek to raise funds in the first-round financing. 

The >>venture>> 2012 Investor Day will take place in the afternoon (13:00 and 17:30). The Investor Day is reserved for the top 20 teams in seed and early stages, participating in the business plan competition (out of more than 100 submitted business plans), based on the >>venture>> 2012 jury’s evaluation. For both events, all participating teams will have received coaching to address your needs as an investor.

The >>venture>> awards ceremony – which you are also cordially invited to – will take place at the same location right after the investor’s event (18:00 – 19:30).

Swiss Equity Fair

Swiss Private Equity and Corporate Finance Congress

The first Swiss Private Equity Party Night was cancelled due to a lack of sponsors and due to the situation on the financial markets.

At this events, the first SWISS VENTURE GUIDE 2009 will be presented and distributed. A joint-effort of The Innovation Promotion Agency CTI and CTI Invest.

The detailled Agenda for the Swiss Venture Day should be available by November 22nd 2008.

Topic: From the lab prototype to the product

Die gesamte Early Stage und Start-up Community in Europa und in der Schweiz hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren stark entwickelt. Um den Investitionsprozess effizienter, pro-fessioneller und einfacher zu gestalten, haben Experten der SECA ein Standard Termsheet entwickelt.

Das Standard Termsheet wird aus der Sicht eines Business Angels, eines Venture Capitalisten und eines Anwalts beleuchtet. Hierbei werden mit den Teilnehmern zahlreiche praktische Erfahrungen und Best Practices vermittelt. Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, allen Interessierten einen Weg aufzuzeigen, den anspruchsvollen Beteiligungsprozess einerseits zu professionalisieren und andererseits zu vereinfachen.

Für Unternehmer, die sich als Business Angels engagieren möchten, halten die Referenten im Vorfeld des Events einen informellen Workshop zum Thema "Was die erfolgreichsten Business Angels am besten machen", welcher von 15:30 bis 17:00 Uhr stattfindet
