Founded in 1997, VN is a private investment company with special focus in the mobile and web areas. VN has developed many successful web portals (Romandie.com, Jeux.com...) and funded from early stage Zong SA which was sold for $240M to Ebay in 2011. TaMedia is currently holding a 20% stake in VN.
