Tecnopolo Lugano SA was founded in January 2009. Its main goal is to bolster the development of biotech, medical technology and high-tech companies in Ticino, enhancing the international business appeal of Southern Switzerland. The Tecnopolo Lugano SA offers working space at a convenient rate, as well as ITC, administrative, networking, marketing, legal, and human resources services to innovative start-up companies. Tecnopolo SA is supported financially by the City of Lugano, The BSI Bank, BancaStato (the Ticino Cantonal Bank) and B-Source Inc. It is open to partnership with private and public Institutions sharing similar goals.
